Why Arise ?

Arise is another way to say: ‘get up and go’ but it also means to stand firm and tall. At ARISE, we invite women into the wilderness for a weekend to have an empowering experience. We do it together – women crew and women trekkers, with an intention to go on a journey that will elicit the whole self (i.e., physical, emotional, relational and spiritual).
